Each measured scoop gives you a huge 13g of protein per serving. Simply mix one scoop of pancake mix with 100ml of milk or water and pour into a hot, nonstick pan. INGREDIENTS WHITE CHOCOLATE COCONUT FLAVOUR

Oat Flour (Gluten), Whey Protein Concentrate, Milk Powder, Maltodextrin, Coconut Shreds, Egg White Protein, Micellar Casein Concentrate, Quark Powder, Yogurt Powder, Artificial White Chocolate Flavour, Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate, Sodium Chloride (Salt), Sucralose (31 mg/serving).

INGREDIENTS BANANA CHOCOLATE FLAVOUR

Oat Flour (Gluten), Whey Protein Concentrate, Milk Powder, Maltodextrin, Cocoa Powder, Egg White Protein Powder, Micellar Casein Concentrate, Artificial Banana Flavour, Quark Powder, Yogurt Powder, Artificial Chocolate Flavour, Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate, Sodium Chloride (Salt), Artificial Bitter Chocolate Flavour, Citric Acid, Sucralose (31 mg/serving).

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Mix 37g (1 scoop) with approximately 60 ml to 100 ml of skim milk or water. (Pancake = 60 ml and Crepe = 100 ml) Shake or mix vigorously until it resembles conventional pancake batter. Pour it into a non-stick pan and fry on medium heat until it gets golden brown colour on both sides. Experiment with the thickness of the batter, the size of the pancakes and frying times to make the exact pancake you prefer! Recipe makes 1-2 pancakes.
