It’s primary active ingredient is Whey Protein which is extracted from milk, and called a “complete protein” because it provides your body with all the necessary types of Amino Acids, including:
The 9 Essential Amino Acids your body cannot synthesize i.e. Histidine, Isoleucine, Leucine, Lysine, Methionine, Phenylalanine, Threonine, Tryptophan and Valine.

HOW TO USE THIS PRODUCT
ICED COFFEE: Add 1 (40 g) SCOOP included in the package to 250 ml of cold water. Stir the powder with the liquid until it dissolves and add 3 tablespoons of ice. We recommend topping it up with the milk of your choice (Dairy, Soya, Almond, Hazelnut, Coconut, Dairy-Free) for a richer consistency.
For those who prefer their coffee a little sweeter we recommend natural plant-based sweeteners such as Stevia.
NORMAL COFFEE: Add 1 (40 g) SCOOP included in the package to 250 ml of warm water under 55°C or 130°F (do not overheat the water as Whey powder does not dissolve fully in very hot liquids). Stir the powder with the liquid until it dissolves. We recommend topping it up with the milk of your choice (Dairy, Soya, Almond, Hazelnut, Coconut, Dairy-Free) for a richer consistency.
